"I’m giving 0 stars because I called the office to talk out an issue I was having and got hung up on by the lady on the other side of the phone. I then showed up to the office to speak with her in person and things started to get heated, causing Renato to come out. Instead of helping to diffusing the situation, he kicked me out of the office. There was no professionalism shown by the staff here and I found them to have a very disrespectful attitude. I switched to another location and had no problem getting my issue resolved in no time."
