"I am incredibly frustrated with the blatant unprofessionalism, rudeness, and entitlement displayed by the office staff at this location. Every interaction feels like a battle.

First, the customer service is borderline predatory. Whenever I decline an extra service, the staff tries to force it upon me, and the moment I stand firm on my decision, they become incredibly nasty and passive-aggressive.

Second, they are completely dishonest about pricing. I was promised my rates would stabilize once I reached a certain age. I am now well past that age, yet my rates continue to constantly change. On top of that, they bundled our family's car policies against our explicit wishes, and we have yet to see any sign of the "discount" we were supposedly promised. When we tried to adjust the billing frequency for one of those vehicles, the office staff was completely unhelpful.

Finally, our actual agent is a ghost. Whenever we ask to speak with him because we are fed up with the ignorant, uninformed customer service from the ladies in office, we are constantly given excuses that he is "not in the office" or "out of the country." What is the point of paying for an agent if he is never accessible to his clients?

Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This office is dishonest, uninformed, and treats loyal customers with utter disrespect. On top of rudely telling customers that “you just want everything paid by insurance,” obviously I’m paying for insurance for some reason I’m not just paying it because I like to just put money into something where I’m not gonna see it ever again. After the damages that my property received, I would like to use my insurance as how it’s supposed to be used."

"I’m giving 0 stars because I called the office to talk out an issue I was having and got hung up on by the lady on the other side of the phone. I then showed up to the office to speak with her in person and things started to get heated, causing Renato to come out. Instead of helping to diffusing the situation, he kicked me out of the office. There was no professionalism shown by the staff here and I found them to have a very disrespectful attitude. I switched to another location and had no problem getting my issue resolved in no time."
