"I made a bad decision and worked with a friend, who has my best interest in mind and is my buddy, and change insurance companies to save some money. Due to a technicality on my part they cancelled my auto insurance and would not reinstate it, even though they took my money. I raced back to State Farm and they helped me and brought me back so quick. I am so appreciative of the people in this office as they were very helpful and I love the service they provided."

"State Farm would benefit from incorporating additional Agent development centering on customer service. My Agent Renato Delgadillo from the Blue Island office is in dire need. He is unresponsive to verbal and written communication requests. Poor Managers create poor teams. As an alternative to his poor delivery of customer service, I elected to transfer to a different Agent. My new Agent asked me to request my transfer directly to Agent Renato. I submitted it via email and followed up with a phone call to his office. His staff person asked me to wait for his return from vacation, which would be Thursday. I followed up with both Agents' offices and the transfer had not been completed. I contacted Agent Renato's Blue Island Office. His Assistant said she would send him another reminder. I asked for other avenues to effect the transfer and she provided the 1-800 number. I called the number and received a cafeteria menu response. I pressed the button for "all other calls or callers" and was requested to provide date of birth. I was then directed to Agent Renato's Office. How much more frustrating can it get? To ensure a live person, I redialed the 1-800 number and elected "new accident". The Staff Person transferred me to the appropriate party. The call concluded with "the transfer will become effective between 7-10 business days from receipt of confirmation.""

Unfortunately, reminder texts and emails are sent to be proactive to avoid potential company cancellations. Even after payment was made, the reminder did go out since it didn't catch it on time. I apologize for this. The transfer request can be done via phone, online or email to make it convenient for you. We wish you and your family the best in the future. Have a safe and Happy 4th of July week."

"Took advantage of my Mom. She moved over a year ago and refused to change addresses and policy pricing. Also went out of their way to call other agents to interfere our progress to change agents. We’ve finally been able to and now it’s saving us 20% on our insurance. Bad people with bad ethics. Go to different agent if you plan on going with State Farm. We are in process of filing complaint to corporate and IDOI."

"Hello Leonal, I reached out to the other office personally in Indiana and transferred over the policies per you mom's request. Unfortunately, policies take time to appear with the other office. When a person moves to another city or especially a different state, rates might change so I'm glad they went down in your mom's case. "While there so much that I can say about Renato and his team, I would like to take this time and pay homage to the Blue Island office where both Vanessa and Anias are there both Awesome! Always ensuring that I understand my coverage, routinely checking to make sure my there are no changes & if there’s something that needs to be adjusted or increased in value. I’m a firm believer that insurance is essential and needed during times like these. And these two ensure that myself and my family are adequately covered. I’ve been a loyal customer of Statefarm for over 40years and now all of my children are customers as well. I would not have the valuable working knowledge & understanding of insurance had it not been for Statefarm and the training they provide their staff.
